How to make Maienza



Let's Make "MAIENZA" !

50g (5%)
- Yogurt: It has to be Natural real yogurt made by flesh milk. We can only find Meiji brand yogurt in Thailand so far but we can use other local yogurt. 
6g (0.6%)
- Dry East: Smaller package is better unless you make a lot of MAIENZA or bread. You can get from a super market store such as city mart.
1 bean
- Natto/Pengapi: We can't find Japanese Natto in Myanmar so far so we make them with Banana leaf+Rice straw.

30g (3%)
500ml(40℃) + 400-500ml (room temperature)- Bottled Water: Better to use clean water. You may boil and cool down if you can't get bottled water.

If keeping 40C is difficult, you can take 1 week with room temperature like 35C. 
Do not leave under the sun but hotter place is better.
